Tripsy 3 is our most significant update in nearly five years! This version completely overhauls Tripsy, laying the foundation for the next decade of features and enhancements. **Map Integration** Trip details are now synced with a map, offering an immersive experience as you plan your travels. **Trip Overview** Customize the overview with detailed information, including itinerary, documents, recent activities, and quick shortcuts. **List Filters & View by Distance** View your activities with new filters and sort them by proximity to your hotel or any other location. **Expenses** Track expenses in any currency, with support for multiple currencies per trip. **Export your Data** Export the itinerary, activities list and spending in CSV format. **Automatic Route Time & Distance Calculation** When adding a new transportation or walk activity, Tripsy will calculate the estimated arrival time and distance based on the route and start time. Other Key Updates: * New Categories – Over 40 beautifully redesigned icons. * Route Creation – Create a new route from any activity. * Simplified Activity Addition – Easily add new activities by category, with automatic categorization for places. * Itinerary Calendar – A horizontal calendar view makes navigating your trip days easier. * Quick Search – Find any activity, document, note, or email with our new search bar. iOS 18 specific: * Translate the address of the locations when using the focus mode (horizontal screen inside activity details) * New Control Center widgets available to open a list or the next trip * New dark mode and tinted color icons, as well as a brand new default icon * Support to the new MapKit categories available on points of interests (we support all of them)

@rafaelks just loved the depth of feature set now, yesterday only I was giving suggestion to a group of friends planning their 1st Europe trip, will definitely get them on Tripsy. Good timing, great job.

I’m on a trip this is very timely for me! Will def try to use this and see how this works. I love how many details there are in this app - I can tell you either have really good customer feedback or you are big traveller and have turned personal experiences into intuition for developing this product. I’ve been scrambling for trips between my Gmail, Calendar, etc. and it’s not a good experience - very chaotic. I do think the Map integration is huge, but I do use Google Maps personally because of the reviews. Congrats on the launch again @rafaelks and team!

@tonyhanded We do have great feedback from our customers for sure, but we also travel a lot and use Tripsy all the time indeed. Thank you! πŸ™

@rafaelks downloaded the app and trying to set things up for my Japan trip. I have info all over the place, some in email, some in Agoda app. I think it’s easier if I screenshot and upload images in bulk? Forward email is a lot of work. Will share more feedback here!
Rafael K. Streit
@tonyhanded You can forward the emails, and add the activities manually using our search

Being able to save and view routes seems so useful! Do you have any plan to add features like restaurant reservations in the future?
Rafael K. Streit
@kellypoly We have that already, thanks!
Dmitry Bergelson
Best luck with your launch! Upvoted :) Looks great; do you allow family or group use, to share itineraries, tickets, expenses tracking etc? Also, fo you have any integrations with digital guided tours providers?
Rafael K. Streit
@dmitry_bergelson Thanks! We do have shared itineraries with other users for sure, including all the trip information.

Impressive overhaul of Tripsy. The map integration and expense tracking are standout features. Curious how it handles offline functionality for travelers without data. The automatic route calculation sounds useful, but I wonder about its accuracy in complex urban environments. The export option is great for data-savvy users. Interested to see how the new design impacts user engagement and trip planning efficiency.

I love that you can sort activities by proximity, such a time saver when you're exploring new places! How does the automatic route time calculation work with multiple activities on the same day?

Really a great idea! I have a few thoughts and suggestions: - How come there are no competitors, or are there still no apps in this space? - I like the idea of covering many countries, but it would also be great if you could show the percentage of top places I've visited in a city. For example, if I visited 20 places in New York out of 50 best spots, something like that. This way, I can plan to visit the remaining places next time. - It would also be great to add a feature where users can upload photos for each destination. - Additionally, try to include quick language and currency translations in the app automatically. Congrats on the great concept!
