Excellet question @dexter1410. No it is much much more complicated than that. Let us take an example- When you ask the chat agent "create a follow up" without giving anything - it triggers a swat team of agents trying to break this down - Follow up to what? What is a follow up? how do you create one? who are you? Do you have enough permission to do it? etc. Now imagine being able to do almost anything that can be done via the UI in any software and in resaonable latency requirements. We use GPT4 along with other top models such as LLama2, Mixtral, etc which are specialized for the given software.

Our platform is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing CRM systems, supporting widely-used authentication methods like OAuth 2.0 and API keys right out of the box, which facilitates rapid integration. However, there are compatibility challenges; each CRM system may use different terminologies for similar features, complicating the process of sharing learnings across different products. We continuously work to identify these differences and tailor our integration processes to accommodate the specific needs of each CRM system.

We are in the process of integrating with platforms such as ServiceBell for real-time intervention. Additionally, we track detailed end-user analytics and integrate with existing CDP solutions, allowing software providers to review feedback later as input for their engineering and product teams.

To achieve this we experiment with different LLM models, RAG models, several techniques to come up with accurate steps , several techniques to properly clean data. We also use diverse data stores and caching mechanisms to enhance performance and reduce response times.
