Hey Product Hunters! I'm beyond excited to introduce you to Truva. But first, a story about frustration, bad software, and the dream that inspired Truva π.
I built my previous startup from the ground up. Growth was exciting, but with that came tons of new tools β CRMs, payroll software, you name it. Each platform promised a solution, but the reality was a tangled mess of time-sucking onboarding, endless FAQs, and features we never fully used because... who has time to become an expert in everything? π€·ββοΈ
I used to joke with my team, "Wouldn't it be awesome if this software just did it for us?" π Turns out, I wasn't the only one with this problem. As I spoke with other founders, a common pain emerged: software overload was eating up time and hindering growth instead of enabling it.
On the flip side, we all have experienced the joy of creating a product, pouring our heart and soul into its development, only to watch helplessly as users stumbled through it, overwhelmed and frustrated. No matter how intuitive we thought our interface was, there were always those who needed a little extra guidance π
After some research I stumbled upon the world of Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) π€― Cool concept - overlays and walkthroughs to help onboard users. But there was a catch... they required significant configuration and constant upkeep. Plus, they still left the user doing all the work π

Excellet question @dexter1410. No it is much much more complicated than that. Let us take an example- When you ask the chat agent "create a follow up" without giving anything - it triggers a swat team of agents trying to break this down - Follow up to what? What is a follow up? how do you create one? who are you? Do you have enough permission to do it? etc. Now imagine being able to do almost anything that can be done via the UI in any software and in resaonable latency requirements. We use GPT4 along with other top models such as LLama2, Mixtral, etc which are specialized for the given software.

However, there are compatibility challenges; each CRM system may use different terminologies for similar features, complicating the process of sharing learnings across different products. We continuously work to identify these differences and tailor our integration processes to accommodate the specific needs of each CRM system.
@maali_baali There is an option to integrate with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk for situations where users want a human to handle things. We are in the process of integrating with platforms such as ServiceBell for real-time intervention. Additionally, we track detailed end-user analytics and integrate with existing CDP solutions, allowing software providers to review feedback later as input for their engineering and product teams.
