Hey Product Hunters! I'm beyond excited to introduce you to Truva. But first, a story about frustration, bad software, and the dream that inspired Truva 😉. I built my previous startup from the ground up. Growth was exciting, but with that came tons of new tools – CRMs, payroll software, you name it. The best thing that I find with Truva AI is that it helps you learn on the fly. Who wants to keep going through an entire rabbit hole of documentation. @johny_burg Extremely scalable! We've made horizontal scaling of cloud resources a key pillar of our design. This means we can handle surges in users like a champ, especially during those peak times. Plus, our approach aligns perfectly with revenue models – it's a win for us and for our customers (the software providers and their implementation partners). Moreover, we love seeing lots of users! It's like fuel for our AI engine, which helps us continuously improve our accuracy.

@victor_crum Great question! Addressing biases is a continual process, and as a woman, it's a cause close to my heart. We use multiple AI models in our system and routinely test for biases with datasets like Meta's Persona Bias Dataset and BOLD​​. Also our focus is solely on non-personal data, specifically on product usage and the professional goals of our users, which also reduces the chances of introducing bias.

Excellet question @dexter1410. No it is much much more complicated than that. Let us take an example- When you ask the chat agent "create a follow up" without giving anything - it triggers a swat team of agents trying to break this down - Follow up to what? What is a follow up? how do you create one? who are you? Do you have enough permission to do it? etc. Now imagine being able to do almost anything that can be done via the UI in any software and in resaonable latency requirements. We use GPT4 along with other top models such as LLama2, Mixtral, etc which are specialized for the given software.

@steve_joe Multilingual support is on our roadmap but it is still a work in progress. Some of the chat agents can handle non-english (depending on the training) but for now the majority of the capabilities are restricted to english only.

Our platform is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing CRM systems, supporting widely-used authentication methods like OAuth 2.0 and API keys right out of the box, which facilitates rapid integration. However, there are compatibility challenges; each CRM system may use different terminologies for similar features, complicating the process of sharing learnings across different products. We continuously work to identify these differences and tailor our integration processes to accommodate the specific needs of each CRM system.
