I use it with my MacBook Pro 13" and never thought it will improve how my wrists feel that much! I've bought it because of design and to align the height of my second display in the first place. But right after the first use I found the angle to be really comfortable. Find a reseller and try for your self. Videos can't sell you on ergonomics.

@silenzushka Glad you liked the design! we wanted something that would be easier to see and type on, but that wouldn't require an extra keyboard and mouse.
