TwentyThree Webinars — A webinar tool you can finally love
Featured
20

Webinar tools have been neglected not only technically, but lack a marketing focus (we ran a study that gave current webinar tools a -28 NPS score). We think this is a webinar tool marketers will finally love.

Here’s why: no software downloads, one tool to run webinars, flexibility on design, and marketing analytics.

Very nice to move into a space with such low NPS. Can you elaborate on the audience analytics you give to the webinar hosts before and after the event?
Steffen Fagerström Christensen
@thogenhaven Our mindsets have been to build something great for marketers, so analytics starts from that vantage point: Before the event marketers focus on promotion and conversion rates, so we include page views, conversions numbers and detailed profiles on the people that registered -- along with details about whether they're new leads or existing (obviously this is also sync with our integrations with HubSpot, Marketo etc). As you run the webinar you will know who showed up and who didn't, and you'll know which bits of the webinar they watched live or on-demand. And you get full reporting on countries, locations, devices, engagement time, attendence rate, mail click rates and much more. I'm particuarly excited about ROI reporting tied into this. We all have this feeling that webinars are a great source of conversion and engagement; but proving that by scoring what you spend against the leads you get is what ultimately builds the momentum.

Looks good--the only reason I woudn't choose it is it's 2x or more than other platforms that will do recurring/evergreen and/or 'like live' replays.

@geekgirlweb thanks for your reply! if you care about analytics and building audiences, I think you find your investment back from not having to past CSV files into your marketing automation tool. give it a go, we have a 14 day free trial, so you can see and feel the difference!

Thanks for hunting @chrismessina. 70% of marketers doing webinars won't recommend their current webinar tool - we've set out to change that.

Hey Product Hunt! I’m Steffen, the CTO & Co-Founder at TwentyThree. Webinar tools have been neglected not only technically, but lack a marketing focus -- so what we built is webinar tool that marketers can finally love. It’s one things to say that you’ll love it, but I also wanted to break down a few of the features that I think separates this from the rest of the crop: # Just One Tool to Run Webinars Finally eliminate manual webinar processes and start focusing on the results. Bring landing pages, emails, production, and the hosting of on-demand videos into a single tool. # No Download Required Boost engagement and show-up rates by letting speakers and audience join webinars directly from their browser, on any device. # Control Every Aspect of Your Webinars Beautiful out of the box templates built for conversion. Full flexibility to design every step, from the first landing page to the last email. # Full Understanding of Your Webinar Performance Full reports on visits, conversions, attendees, and leads, fully integrated into your marketing tech stack. Split live webinar and on-demand data to see the real results. You can sign up for a free trial to test it out!

@steffentchr I noticed there not any attendee question features, am I missing that? Meaning pop out questions, or raise virtual hand to ask, or assign question to presenter. LMK Thanks!

Any plans to enable live streamig integration to Facebook Live/Periscope/YouTube? Looks like an interesting platform but it would be good to have a lower priced option for say 100, 200, 300 attendees for SME's

Сool project guys, I had a chance to discover the tool at Inbound! One quick question: is it available as a separate tool or it's a part of the twentythree subscription?
Kristian Simonsen
@gleb_losev Hi Gleb it comes in both versions(as part of the platform or as a separate product) - if you need any further information, just let me know! You can sign up for a free trial on our dedicated site: twentythree.net/webinars

Great tool that integrates webinars, video editing, publishing, lead tracking and monitoring of usage. I can highly recommend it ;-)
Roman Arellano
Having a dynamic slideshow tool would be great!
Kristian Simonsen
@romanarellano you should test it out. You can do a slideshow, and have a second cam to keep the audience engaged with the human behind.
Roman Arellano
@kristian_simonsen Nice! Yesterday i had to download GotoWebinar bc a company was using it 😞 . Then i deleted the file, lol.

Could you talk about your technology? Are you using WebRTC? will it work on iOS - Safari?
Sarp
@todaylyapp hey Saad. It’s Sarper from TwentyThree here. Yes it supports iOS Safari (and macOS Safari as well) for the speakers. Attendees can come from any browser or device and they’ll be able to watch and engage with the webinars.
Steffen Fagerström Christensen
@todaylyapp I can elaborate a bit on @zappika's answer. We use webrtc between all hosts a presenters, with support for joining from iOS. This makes it easy to join, share and in general produce the webinar. To scale the audience-side consistently beyond a few hundred viewers, we've built on a full live streaming stack with RTMP/HLS for delivery. It's good mix, because you get the tooling and realtime of WebRTC where it really matters -- and scale into thousands or tens of thousands of vieweers where that's crucial.
Saad Kamal
@zappika @steffentchr Thanks for your reply Steffen. "we've built on a full live streaming stack with RTMP/HLS for delivery" - You mean developed this in house? Thats some impressive and intense engineering there! What made you decide to build it vs going with something like OpenTok or Wowza? I looked at the pricing page and saw nothing for the mid tier market (0-100 users or 0-250 users). Do you think you will introduce any entry level pricing (below $100)?
