Saw the UberEats option in the app this morning as I exited the Embarcadero bart station. I've tried many of the on demand food options available in the Bay Area and I feel like each one has their own pros and cons. This seems to solve many of the downsides to the services mainly related to either time, quality or variety. The thing that strikes me as interesting is that only the users that want to leave the area that's being serviced see the UberEats option. (Just checked and they've fixed that...now shows for users anywhere in SF)

Wonder when this is coming to Austin...if ever
