Been using Ubersuggest for a very very long time, and have recommended it to friends and clients. And now it has improved a lot and looks amazing. well done Neil and team :)
@neilpatel Great tool! Thanks a lot for creating it for us! Love the fact that there's no need to login to comment! Going to do a lot of playing today!
First of all I'm super happy that there is a usable keyword research tool with actual search volume available for free.
The only deficit right now is the performance for me, but maybe that's the current traffic spike.
But on the other side I'm quite sceptical what the mid term/long term strategy of this tool will be. Although Neil says he wants to democratize SEO tools (if I'm allowed to paraphrase it like this) I thinks it's more likely that this is "side product marketing" at scale (https://medium.com/swlh/side-pro...).
Right now it delivers real value for me and I'm more than happy that it exists, I'm just sceptical around the whole content marketing/side product marketing stuff, because usually the free stuff just isn't very good.
@rasmus1610 because my main business does well enough, the free stuff isn't a side business, more so it helps us build our brand and expand faster. For that reason we put a lot of time behind it.
@neilpatel Thank you for this. Will be very useful for my ecommerce store. Also thanks for the amazing YouTube videos. I’m a developer who learned marketing from your blog and YouTube channel.
Great stuff. If more people spent more time on proper keyword research before writing and going live with their content, they would see much better results and SEO rankings. I'll be using this one for sure!
This is awesome!! I love it! Tools like this cost over $100/month at min. understandably because of the Adwords API cost. Neil has made it free of any cost! There are courses on digital marketing and SEO that cost over thousands of dollars, these courses give the same information that Neil gives on his blogs and YouTube videos for free. This tool is yet another disruption! Thank you Neil.
Ubersuggest is not a new tool 🤐...
How is @neilpatel the maker?
Are you rebranding Ubersuggest?
Is it going under the Neil Patel umbrella ⛱?
If so what made you decide to acquire this tool amongst the many? Can you openly speak about the acquisition process?
Dope 🚬🚬🚬
@dredurr I bought the tool and remade it. From adding more features and making what is usually considered paid features for free... my goal was to just give to anyone trying to grow their website or business. I acquired because I believe a lot of marketing tools these days should be free instead of paid. There wasn't much of a process other than me approaching them and putting in an offer.
