How do you keep yourself motivated on days without visible progress?

Building something or running a business sometimes involves tasks that are hard to measure/check off, for example finances, looking for funding, strategy ... How do you keep yourself motivated during those days?

Keeping a list of goals in mind every single day and writing down the daily tasks that need to be done in order to achieve them, really helps.

On `those days` I tend to fake progress by adding smaller todos to my weekly notion. It will read something like - [ ] get coffee, - [ ] inbox 0 ...😬

Be kind to myself and remember that its a marathon not a sprint.
