It becomes quite difficult to keep track of everything when there are multiple contracts, annual, semi-annual, and monthly. I think when you're building a new product you need to be comfortable using multiple different SaaS products to determine what works best for your stack. Once we have our full build I will create a spreadsheet with all of the platforms and their costs to be able to track those. Maybe when we're really up and running I will get it in an automated dashboard!
