Is this tool effective in B2B industry?

Our developer said - before every business had to have a website, now I say that every business should have its own chatbot!
We didn't have one for a while but kept a contact us page. Since adding a chatbot about 5 months ago we've received a lot more questions and inquiries. It has helped us work with some users and led them to becoming customers. I would say its worth having.
It is definitely a good complement to the traditional forms to convert your visitors.
I also like chatbots in B2B because you can use a different tone with your prospects
