How did you get the first 1Mi in revenue? I would love some US-focused GTM and revenue stories.
Getting the first million is the toughest. Most of us see the US as a prime market. The difficulty is 10x higher if the founder is not in the US. What has worked for you or someone you've seen closely?

Hit $1M by nailing down a niche that had pain points big brands ignored. Scaled with word-of-mouth and some clever Reddit marketing. Keep grinding.
