I'm a Seasonal AI + SaaS Entrepreneur.
Launched my first company administrator AI Agent for SMB in 2015, but the "AI" at the time is not that efficient and we have to devote loads of human effort behind to connect the dots between services; I later spent almost a decade on the field of banking SaaS+AI to enable a smarter and securer payment collection and merchant banking experience.
For the past 2 years, deeply inspired by Gen AI, my fellow co-founders and I geared up and create a new cutting edge Voice Interviewer and Customer Insights AI Agent. Which we believe would be the future of Customer Research, Engagement and Beyond!
