One thing I learned after 6 month of building: users are lazy, unintuitive, impatient
and I am not an exception. I should have missed out on tons of great products because I was impatient enough to spend 2-3 minutes learning about them.
I believe that exceptional user onboarding and nurturing funnel can be decisive between the success and failure of the product.
There is no 'aha' moment for the user in the first seconds of being on the web? phuff; most of them are gone, even if the product is actually one that they need.
I wonder what the best ways/resources to educate makers on how to improve that process are. Any suggestions? - I will make sure to add those resources to our directory so that other fellow founders can access it easily.
