Awesome! Good organization thanks to Undock can increase effectiveness and information flow! ^_^ Congrats on the launch! ^_^ Is it maybe integrated with Slack? :))
Nash
@maria_brm Hi Maria - it currently works on Slack Mobile. A native integration for Slack Desktop/Web is on the way.
Maria
@nashtheory Great! *_* Thanks for the answer Nash! ^_^ Can't wait to try out Undock! I wish you a luck and joy in further development! ^_^

This looks pretty nifty! Does it automatically sync or schedule the meeting on your calendar once confirmed?
Nash
@gabe Yes - automatically synced to your connected calendar of choosing.

Hi - I’m Nash. Founder of Undock. I woke up one day wondering why I spend an inordinate amount of time trying to make time for people. Answer? The tools I used to make my schedule ranged from useful to archaic. Back and forth emails? Obviously inefficient. Assistants? Helpful but under-armed. Calendar links? Triple-edged sword: convenient at times, suboptimal at others and in a few cases, wholly inappropriate. So I started Undock to give busy people the perfect balance of control, convenience, privacy and etiquette. ---- How does it work? Undock suggests the best meeting times based on your availability, preferences and schedule behavior. There’s a lot going on under the hood, but let’s get to the important things. The Big Deal ⚡ Smart suggestions. Not every free slot on your calendar is created equal – something every other platform misses. Undock’s AI suggestions highlight the most convenient times for you and your guests to see. Set preferred time of day, meeting limits, focus time and more to make your ideal schedule come together. ⚡ Mutual Availability. Undock compares your preferences and availability with other users to find the optimal time. There is absolutely nothing like an instant suggestion for a meeting time that you can be confident is not just an available time - but the best time for both of you - considering everything you both have going on. Whether you’re scheduling a 1-on-1 or a massive group meeting, Undock has an incredible 1-click experience for guests to compare their calendar. Undock does the rest of the brain work to find the optimal time. Finally, we’ve not only made calendar links efficient for the recipient - there is quite literally no faster way for a person with a minimal amount of free time to operate. Send me your link! Undock instantly compares it to my calendar and preferences and I confirm the meeting in 1-click. Where does it work? ⚡ Mobile scheduling. Propose meeting times across apps like Twitter, Linkedin, Email, iMessage, and anywhere you type in your mobile keyboard. iOS only - Android soon. ⚡ In email scheduling. The fastest in-email scheduling – available in Gmail, Outlook 365, and Superhuman. Undock automatically identifies recipients and adds them to the meeting. ⚡ Across the Web. Undock’s Chrome extension allows you to propose meeting times on your favorite platforms and communities. The list is growing daily. ----- The calendar may actually be "the most expensive social capital negotiation out there" - but it doesn’t have to be. The Undock Calendar is the most ambitious calendar project that's addressing this head on. I have absolutely zero mental overhead when it comes to scheduling meetings. This is priceless. I’d love for you to give it a try today. Get started at undock.com **We are live on iOS Test Flight TODAY and you'll skip the waitlist from PH** Android coming soon I’d love to get your thoughts and feedback! Nash Founder // Undock

@nashtheory @ni_e_sha Fantastic! Thanks for the support.

Congrats on the launch, good luck! I need a similar tool for my diet to be on the healthy side. Deciding what to eat/when to eat is really hard when you also add a social aspect to it, friends and family :)

This is incredibly cool! I think i'm going to be able to replace Calendly with this! Had a slight issue getting started and support team responded right away to assist.
Colton Hicks
@britt_joiner hey Brittany, thanks for checking us out! Glad we were able to resolve that issue quickly. Let us know if you need any more support⚡

This is something I struggle with a lot – finding the right time to talk to someone in another time zone. I think Undock has done something really well to solve that. Congratulations, @nashtheory, on launching Undock on Product Hunt. 🚀 Some WOW points 🤩 1. The user interface looks incredibly friendly and easy to share your availability with someone. 2. I love that you can use Undock anywhere, whether it be LinkedIn, Gmail, or Messaging - this makes scheduling meetings a breeze. Some Observations/Questions 👀 1. Is there a way to sync multiple Google Calendars with one Undock account? I have multiple Google Accounts for my Job, my personal, and for my blog, and it can be difficult to keep track of which calendar I’m using for which activity. It would be helpful if there was an easy way to share my time availability and schedule a meeting accordingly. I hope my feedback was helpful. I would love to take a look at your app and future versions of the website in more detail and offer you feedback. I will download the Testflight version on my iPhone. Please feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/hema...). I hope we can add value to each other as makers! 🙌
Romano Pravdic
?makers Wow. So it’s like Calendly, but available everywhere? Does it support the pre&post meeting buffer (5-10 mins)? Congratulations on the launch 💪
Nash
@galaxyx7 Hi Romano - it does support meeting buffers! We do it in a slightly more nuanced/advanced manner. It's in private beta with some users and will hit general release in the next week or 2.
Kim Salmi
Super cool! Congrats on the launch 🥳 ?makers: I'm currently using Calendly, if you are familiar with it, what would be the main reason to change to Undock?
Connor Jewiss
This looks perfect! Exactly the sort of thing I've been wanting for ages. Am downloading this right away
Nash
@connorjewiss Hi Connor! Glad to see you get access to the test Flight! Let us know if you have any questions! Thanks for checking it out.
Yasser Sultan
@nashtheory Congrats on PH launch! The in email UX is pretty slick. We use Calendly and it seems quite a lot of the time slot negotiation problems have been solved by them. How do you differentiate?
Raquel Winiarsky
Just created an account, I love the onboarding - it's excellent! Made for someone like me who literally puts everything on their calendar (literally everything...) I use Fantastical currently - is there integration with the service? That would be a game changer...
David Altman
Appreciate the support! We don't currently integrate with Fantastical directly - but support many of the same calendar services.
Riddhi Dagli

Great job, Undock team! Love seeing other companies in the scheduling space killing it! Just shows what a huge pain point this still is…
Colton Hicks
@gettogether too true. Definitely a pain point that still needs to be solved! Thanks for checking us out, and good luck to you & your team at Get Together ⚡
Matthew Johnson
Congrats team - amazing how much progress y'all have made

It's not entirely clear to me, can I schedule only meetings or tasks, or control their execution?
Pascal Weinberger
Super useful - came a long way since beta 🚀
