Hello! We are totally excited to introduce the new version of Unicorn Platform — 4.0. What is Unicorn Platform 🦄 Unicorn Platform is the niched landing page builder for SaaS and startups. We are fanatically focused on simplicity because we belive building a website must be easy. Unicorn Platform was born in 2018. And since then, we got 12,616 users onboard who have created 19,632 websites. You can learn more about our business from our monthly open startup reports in Twitter.
What is new ✨ Since the last 6 months the product got many updates:

What is coming next 👨‍🍳 We carefully gather each idea coming form our users. This is what people want the most:
  • Multi-language website
  • Airtable form integration
  • "Send to email" form integration
  • Generate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy documents
We will focus on these major features in the next months.
The future of the company 🏢 I plan to move the business to Lisbon, Portugal, and continue growing the project from there. The first step will be applying a local accelerator (we already got a "yes" from 16 accelerators).

@gabrielle_bourret_sicotte thanks for the kind words, Gabrielle. We offer custom fonts and colors. You can add or remove elements, change background and vertical space. That is all. Unlike WordPress or Webflow, your customization possibilities in Unicorn Platform are limited. You can not move a button 3px down or recolor a slideshow gallery arrow. These limitations are added to make the page creation flow easy. We want our users to not spend time on making design decisions - we made it for you.

@pchal hello! I have researched SwipePages. The project has one big difference: it has more customization opportunities. It gives your more control over your website, but there is a downside to this. As uncle Ben said "great power gives great responsibility" 😁 You need to have a good design taste to make this or that edition. Unicorn Platform thinks for you. We leave you no chance to make an ugly website because our components have a final design - you can change style and content, but not the structure. This approach also boosts your creation speed. When you have to adjust pixels, you waste your energy and time. When everything is thought out for you in advance, you just fly. Pardon cliché, but think of us as Apple. Apple gives your excellent UX with zero effort. Same for us: we are making a tool that gives you a great result with less effort. I hope this makes sense.

@alexanderisora nice... Yes I can definitely see the benefits of limiting your choices to you don't make an ugly site. Along the spectrum, I see WebFlow as one extreme -- lots of control but needs lots of time/expertise to make something look good. Next along the spectrum is SwipePages, and you seem to say Unicorn is further down in this spectrum of even less control. An analogy is Powerpoint -- full control but I can never make good looking stuff, but Pitch is great because it gives less control and makes it easier to create a good presentation.

@pchal Yes, Pitch is a great example. I'm heavily inspired by Pitch. Same as by Notion (a simpler Evernote) and Telegram (a simpler WhatsApp).

Even though making a public gallery of components sounds really exciting, I do not think we will start making this feature in the nearest future. We have more important features to implement (such as multi-language website or more form integrations).

We just switched our landing page (a no code fitness mobile app development platform) to unicorn platform: https://www.tempokit.com It's much easier to maintain than our in house nextjs react app we had prior.
