@lepunk why are you answering some of the questions, but not the questions that everyone is asking about how it actually works? the images provided here don't show what the message the user receives actually looks like.
Does this actually work with real SMS? ie what's the experience like for the receiver without the app? Fairly certain this is not possible unless the messaging is based in the app/web views and then the messaging is misleading.
@bentossell (I wish there was a seperate thread for situations that ppl really needed it and showing off there blunders). This could be a cool thing you could do on your actually website (ppl can submit sticky notes of message blunders).
Cool concept, I'm gonna test it soon. Does it work with feature phone as well? Do the recipient device need to be able to access internet in order to use it?
@ejameswill There are apps like this for a long time in android. I think it was "handset sms" or "chomp sms" who provided that function. (but mostly blocked by providers)
Cool idea! Wonder how it works.
@lepunk Is it supported to Canadian numbers as well? I didn't receive the verification code after I created the account. When I enter press back from the verification screen, it asks the phone number again. When I enter it, it says "No sending number for this country" on pressing the "Continue" button.
@shobhit_puri sorry about this issue. now im 100% confident that i fixed the issue with international numbers. you must have received an sms with your verification code
@iamryo it should work world-wide. where are you based? we had issues sending messages to certain countries, i would be more than happy to check what is wrong
@lepunk Hey Tamas, I tried again, still nothing. I get the following message : '' no sending number for this country'', i tried both with 0033 and without it at the beginning of the number. Cheers
I love the idea, it seems you don't support international (danish in my case) numbers? I tried with +45 and 0045 prefixes - Would love to try it out though!
