I had the opportunity to meet Alex, Come and a couple of the early members of Upflow 2 years ago. The team behind this project is amazing and fully dedicated to help businesses paid and by compressing the time it takes to received cash from their unpaid invoices.
Hey @_benfr, you can use Upflow's API to sync all entities that exist in Upflow, whether customers, contacts, invoices or payments. This allows you to have an Upflow platform that is always updated with your back-office. Then you can simply let your finance and sales teams handle the collection process. Thanks @francois_tournadre! We sincerely believe that unpaid invoices exist not because of bad payers, but because the process of paying invoices is hard.
Excellent UX and UI, I agree. 200€ a month on an annual plan is too steep for me, surprised that there is so many people here in the position to pay this. Might be a regional thing.
@axtg Hi Xander, thanks for the feedback! We price based on the value we bring, usually a strong decrease in DSO and write-offs (check some estimates here https://upflow.io/en/costestimator/) Our users usually find a strong ROI in the product.
But that targets companies doing 1m€ annual turnover and more.

Key tool to maintain our cash needs!
We have been looking for a tool like Upflow for quite a while now. It is key for our business to keep a close look at our cash needs on a daily basis, and automate the communication of our unpaid invoices with all our small clients. User of Upflow for 1 year now ! It's crazy how it makes my life easier ! From an operational point of view, it's life changing ;) Pros: Great solution, Great UX, Great Support Team, Regular Updates / Cons: I should have discovered it earlier !!
I like it! One thing I needed in my prev company was an email to debtors with a one-click link where the person could pay off his debt without having to authenticate/login. Hey @anthony_mellot ! We are natively integrated with Quickbooks, so you simply have to authenticate with your Quickbooks credentials once you created an account, then we'll fetch your customers informations with the related invoices and payments.
The sync is happening in real time and you will be able to collect your outstanding invoices right away.
