Hello @jsteneros
In order to test a website you have to create a new project and add a block on your study that supports website testing.
Those blocks are:
- Open Analytics
- Single Task
- Multiple Tasks
- 5 second test
- First click

Hello, Product Hunt 👋
First of all, a massive shoutout to @draptis for hunting our Website Usability Testing feature!
I’m Bill, Co-Founder of Useberry. I’m happy to be back here on Product Hunt and share our new feature - Website Usability Testing.
With Website Usability Testing you can test any website and discover user experiences by directly evaluating your product to make data-driven, confident decisions.
It is a real struggle to detect usability issues of websites globally nowadays. There are billions of websites out there, but only a small percentage of them satisfy the criteria when reaching optimal success goal rates.
As a Product Owner myself, I have experienced the necessity and importance of pinpointing usability issues that occur with frequent/new releases, redesigns, and re-evaluations of our platform.
Our primary goal with Website Usability Testing is to help product teams build better digital solutions, experiences, and features and ultimately reach their optimal goal objectives.
🌐 What can you discover about your website?
Enrich your research with data that matters with actionable insights.
- User Flows Understand how users navigate through your website and detect bottlenecks.
- Heatmaps - Analyze what your users engage with, and make the right improvements.

Hello @kiraa
We have two (2) different ways to capture user interactions
1 .Session Recordings
The Session Recordings you can get from Useberry are “recordings” that enable you to watch the testers’ navigation on your website (and the whole test).
Useberry’s Session Recordings depend on a mutation observer. The mutation observer provides the ability to watch for changes being made to the DOM tree. We capture all the DOM changes, serialize them the custom way, and store them.
We regenerate a “fake” DOM based on the stored mutations on our Video Player, and the result is a pixel-perfect Session Recording.
Session Recordings cannot be downloaded (for example, as a video file). This is because they are recreations of the tester’s session in your test, so they require an active connection to our servers, and a web browser to run.
2. Video Shoots
With Video Shoots, you can get back rich video insights by capturing your user’s face, voice, and screen using WebRTC technology.
Video Shoots can be downloaded as a video file.
In Video Shoots the participant has to accept that his screen, face, and voice will be recorded.
The best tool out there for testing user interfaces. I have been using Useberry for the past month and all I can say is that I saved countless hours on making unnecessary changes to my code. Useberry gives you a great insight on how your users interact with your app but most importantly is that is so easy to you use that I can have a test up and ready in no time.
Again kudos to the team @Useberry !! Keep up the good work
Favourite tool out there to run quick user research. Has given me qualitative insights too, via the video recordings (face/voice) and the screen recording video. Top notch keep it up ✌️
Laura.
