I remember when feedback forms were really just a simple form on a website and they didn't really exist for SaaS companies, feedback was distributed through tools like Evernote or spreadsheets via customer-facing teams. I'm looking forward to seeing how this space evolves in the future.
This product just gets better and better. I think we have used them all over the years and our favourite has just got a redesign. The best bit is we have yet to come across a client that has found a difficulty working with it.

We've encountered these sorts of challenges with our own clients too, even though we offer video production services and not software. There's always a need for better communication so I feel like a product like Userback is very helpful for SaaS companies. Is it possible to add your own options in the feedback filters?
@heleana Absolutely, I find that many organizations end up siloing their feedback and collating it in tools such as Sheets or Slack channels, which makes it harder to stay on top of user needs/wants or even issues.
Regarding the feedback filters, you can certainly filter on more fields and if you are identifying users against your own user database, you can use those fields to sort/filter feedback. More flexibility with searching and filtering is coming in the very near future :).
