We at Juice Analytics are very excited about the new Resource Center feature. I've spent 10 minutes experimenting with it and already have a long list of things I want to do with it. Sending guidance that is personalized to each user's journey and available when the user is ready to receive it is potentially game changing. The options to make our overlooked documentation more accessible and searchable and to start the Intercom chat process from the Resource Center make my heart sing. The Resource Center will help eliminate some of the onboarding clutter that can be distracting to new users of Juicebox. Well done, Userflow! 👏

Hello PH friends! This is the feature we've been most excited about announcing for a long time. Lots of apps (think Figma, Notion, Mercury) have this (?) help icon in the lower right corner. Clicking it, lets users access docs and see contact information. We wanted to give this to our customers, but in a no-code way and with the ability to make it contextual (e.g. based on current page) and personalized (e.g. based on user role). We tested out user flow one afternoon. By the evening, we had it integrated into our product, and by night we signed up as a customer. It's a fantastic product that leaves the competition to dust. UX is superb so is the flow. I strongly recommend this product.

Userflow is great. We've built 4 customized onboarding flows with it as well as our cancellation flow (which has already saved us a bunch of MRR) using Userflow. We're also starting to experiment with product tutorials at the point of usage. Can't wait to try the resource center!

Userflow is by far the best product tour company out there (I've used Intercom, Appcues, Userpilot, etc.). Once you try it, you'll never want to use another tool again 🤩 The Resource Center is a great addition to an already great product! Congrats Sebastian and Esben ⚡️⚡️
