Love this. Hopefully this is the beginning of making product/educational resources self-serve rather than having to rely on a support/sales rep to share the relevant info you need. Great work!
This was what we're waiting for! In moments when interactive onboarding is not enough for some of the customers, they will now be able to solve many problems from the resource center before they reach us 🚀
It's very easy to set up and automatically recognized all the blog posts.
Big UserGuiding fan here, I'm excited about this new feature! :) Quick question: Is it possible to connect any knowledge base to the widget? And how do I connect it?
@thierrymaout Yes! As long as your knowledge base domain is indexed on Google, it will be searchable via our Resource Centers as well.
To connect your knowledge base, ALL you need is to simply copy and paste the URL to the Search Domain in the Resource Center settings page :)

The Resource Centers are included in all of our plans as well!
