I've been a long time UserList customer and I am very happy with this new feature! It lets me cancel the email service I use for marketing emails and have everything in UserList. Where it belongs 🙂

This is one of those tools that obviously every SaaS business needs, but I’m always really surprised how few companies actually offer it. I’ll look at switching from ActiveCampaign, the design at UL is *far* better. Congrats on the launch :)
I’m going to be using this new feature very soon.
This will help so many small businesses to replace Intercom with something far better suited to them.
I've been using Userlist from the beginning to send customer emails for SavvyCal. It's been a great tool, and I'm really existed to now be able to also start using the product to send pre-customer marketing emails to folks who haven't quite converted yet!
I’ve been following this team for years and have loved what they’re building for SaaS companies. This feature is one of the main reasons we’re finally switching from Intercom to Userlist!
I've been using this since day one and I love, love, love not having to have different email service providers for newsletters, leads, and users/customers! So good 👌

Been a very happy Userlist customer for a while. Really excited about this! Being able to hold all my SaaS users in one place for onboarding, marketing and nurturing emails combined with the power of Userlist's rules and Companies feature is going to make it a whole level easier.

This means you can collect leads using forms, convert them to trials, and then move them to the user onboarding campaign and other lifecycle campaigns — a super smooth transition. No need to maintain different lists in different tools.

I think this is what most SaaS business really need. Completely tailored for this specific user case, and having the leads+customers on the same tool is really really useful.
