Very cool concept! Great service for startups who want on demand usability testing without having to set it all up themselves. I'm curious where these "normal, everyday" users are sourced from?

@IAmPhilSharp - we're all over your mobile usertesting feature, don't worry :) I like Peek in the sense that I don't have to actually setup the tasks. How much will Peek cost eventually?

@IAmPhilSharp Just went through the experience, that was fantastic. Love that it's free, which I'm assuming you're doing to draw people into your larger business. That said, I think you could come back to me after viewing the first review and ask me if I'd like to get the review of more, which you'd charge for.

@IAmPhilSharp Sorry I wasn't clear. What I had meant was, suggest to me that I could have say, 5 more video reviews of my site for $x. This may not be a value to everyone, but I would like to see if the experience of the one reviewer is the same of the others.

Loves me some UserTesting! For a while, we had a recurring Friday event where we drank cocktails and watched user videos up on the projector wall.
