Venture360's beta Startup Fundraising Tool is an all-in-one DIY solution that gives your startup everything it needs to go from 'launch to exit' and everything in between.
@swetzequity great question! while there are definitely other platforms out there that do similar things... we think that we are strategically well positioned to do all the 'right' things! since this product is an offshoot of our fund management software (which powers thousands of investment funds globally) -- we believe that as time goes on, we'll be able to continually add-in more value that other potential competitors just wouldn't be able to (based off market positioning alone)... same accord, our goal is to always be founder friendly in regards to pricing :-)
Product Hunters!
We’ve just announced our beta so you’re the first to check the latest addition to the Venture360 apps family — our new Company DIY Fundraising Platform. Any suggestions, comments or feedback from your side will be more than welcome :-)
The purpose of the app is to empower founders to 'always be raising'. Our [beta] Startup Fundraising Tool is an all-in-one DIY solution that gives your startup everything it needs to go from 'launch to exit' and everything in between.
Open Up Deal Rooms, Invite Investors, Close Capital, Setup Cap Tables, Report Metrics & Establish SPVs (special purpose vehicles) all in one, simple place.
So far, we’ve gathered pretty impressive feedback from the Product Hunt community during our prelaunch campaign with over 800 survey responses! We really appreciate your input, without you, it would be harder to move forward. BIG THANKS from the entire Venture360 team!
PS. Take advantage of our special beta pricing :-)
@nathan_maggard we appreciate that sentiment! we've received similar feedback for the past few years from companies who work with the thousands of investment funds who use our platform everyday! one of the reasons we knew we needed to do something! thanks nathan :-)
I didn’t appreciate the email begging for an upvote. Maybe I’m an old Scrooge but as someone who has been visiting product hunt daily, almost since it launched, I feel like that’s unnecessary.
If a user likes your product they will upvote. They won’t do it because you’ve asked them too.
@mickc79 : duly noted. were still relatively new here. that being said, our team has been documenting the process [ups & downs] of running the campaign starting with 'ship' and moving on to launch day, which we plan on sharing via Medium in the days ahead. we definitely acknowledge we didn't do it perfect, and hopefully others can get some value from our experience :-)
