This is an awesome milestone for Viable. I like to think I'm an early adopter here, using Viable since 2021, but the truth is it's been a great product for years now. Can't recommend it enough for product teams needing to find insights in a sea of feedback.

I am glad you have organised FAQs, PRD, and Bug Reports and with the help of AI helping makers transform them into actionable things.
@max5987 A datapoint is any single piece of feedback (a help desk ticket, an intercom chat, a survey response, etc...). The one caveat: if the datapoint is more that 750 words, it'll get broken up into two datapoints (this only happens on super long pieces of feedback like gong calls).

@detkov My lips are incapable of being sealed! We'll move into actually connecting to all of the apps that you use in your day to day to track and organize your work. Imagine being able to connect to Jira to automatically add user stories to a project, or automatically send bug reports to github issues :)
