VibeCatch — Better engagement, better productivity.

I've been now using VibeCatch for several weeks with my small team - the product is very simple, but as long as you ask for your team to participate you can get interesting stats - the bigger the team, the more useful it gets. Also I think it's good that people generally *think* about how their week was, even if they don't answer the poll. You can also send the polls only once a month, and with the paid versions you can create client polls too.
