We're trying to get beyond the standard NPS survey format of just asking for a score with the standard text-based follow up question which asks the respondent to explain why she gave that score.
Instead, we're trying to make the entire experience video-driven and human:
- Step 1: Ask in video "On a scale from 0-10 how likely are you to recommend our service to a friend or colleague?".
- Step 2: Ask in video "Could you tell us why you chose that score?".
- Step 3: Receive NPS score/s + feedback in video,audio or text (for the shy ones).
- Step 4: Start a conversation by responding to collected feedback via guess what... VIDEO.

This is really powerful. Sitting here debating if I rip out our current system for NPS in order to get this. People severely underestimate how video/voice effects the amount of empathy internal teams have for customers.
What a neat product.
VideoAsk is getting a lot more mature, and a specialised tool/use case like NPS baked in like this is very interesting. We are entering an era where rich media, video, and sound will become a vital part in how we interact and talk to customers.
Brand loyalty and connections with your core audience will become increasingly demanding, this is a great way to stay a head of the herd, being on the forefront of data collection and interactions.
