Love the tool, but very disappointed with the communication.
a) On the official website top right corner (screenshot below) it is clearly written that the service was *free until August 31. I signed up a week before that date but was fully charged right away.
b) I have just received an email promotion with a code for a FREE month on the Micro Plan, but there is no explanation of where or how to use this code for anyone like me who has already signed up.

The banner we had simply stated that the 2 new features were Free Until Aug 31. That means if you signed up for the Free Account, those features were included. The other paid plans simply offered more pages to crawl at more depth. We never ask for your ccard for the FREE plans, so it was impossible that you would be charged unless you explicitly selected a paid plan at which time we explicitly tell you you will be charged X.
