Voc AI allows the AI bot to fully learn from the historical knowledge base to ensure answer accuracy. For complex customer inquiries, intelligent customer service can blend professionalism and a touch of humor in interactions to make the customer service experience more engaging and pleasant. When the AI bot cannot solve complex problems, it will transfer the case to human customer service.
