We've also introduced team management as well as a new "Voice contact form" that you can embed on your website, to allow visitors to send you a personal voice note (instead of a text form). Never heard of this before, very cool idea!

Vocal seems like a true game-changer for sending voice notes via email! The convenience of recording directly within Gmail, Outlook, and web browsers will likely make this an indispensable tool for many. Good job!

Very cool idea - congrats on the launch! I think as business communications become more informal in general and efficiency is prioritized this could really catch on. I'm guessing you're already thinking about this, but I find voice notes overall are much more prevalent in certain communities, so it could be interesting to explore those (places where Whatsapp is used much more, Spanish speaking countries, etc.) I imagine when people are already heavily using voice notes in their personal lives it's easier to also start using them in business communications.

To take it a step further, have you explored integrating voice-to-text transcription as an optional feature? It could provide convenience for recipients who prefer text-based communication.
