I've been in the research space for almost 10 years, and Outset is one of the most interesting products I've come across. It provides a vision for scaling up research output while still keeping researchers leading the charge on research strategy and ops. Very excited to see how this product continues to grow!

Doing user interviews well requires the most human parts of our "human-ness", but they're soooo linear. Outset changes that by making them software-scale, without losing their "human-ness."
