Great product for building Alexa or Google Assistant chatbots which can integrate with your own APIs. You can use the visual editor to build just about anything you can imagine!
Pros:Fantastic, easy to use interface. You're able to build some very complex experiences, and even call your own external APIs!
Cons:As the platform is so comprehensive it can be a bit daunting to get started, however the video guides and customer support are fantastic.
Also...new Google integration is awesome, but couldn't figure it out. Google seems to make it more difficult to launch skill. Need more help on that
Pros:Super easy no-code, drag & drop platform. Built and launched an Alexa skill in 2 hrs w/help from a few beers
Cons:Didn't realize that I couldn't use words like "To, Go, For," etc. in my skill name until Alexa rejected me. Prefer to know in advance
Had a team of people use Voiceflow in a Hackathon to develop and launch an Alexa skill for our company in a few hours.
Pros:Beautiful UI & UX, the team's super responsive and engaged with their users, and it just plain works.
Cons:None that I can think of so far. Been loving it so far.
I highly recommend this product to prototype vocal flows. Voice apps are going to be more and more present in our life, so it's a very smart product to launch now.
Pros:Very clean UI and easy to use. If you feel lost, you still have enough video tutorials to get started.
Cons:A nice to have would be Zoom-in/out shortcuts when you only have a trackpad 😇
Voiceflow has inspired me to think about the boundaries of what I can do with my echo dot. I've been a long time Alexa user and have always loved routines and workflows. With VF, now I just wanna build a voice app for all my most frequently used apps like Clue and DayOne. (Little anecdote: I actually tweeted these app companies asking them to make a public API so this can happen haha) For all the women out there: wouldn't it be awesome if you could just tell Alexa that you're on your period and that gets logged on your period tracker - while you're getting a bunch of insights about your cycle's pattern! This platform is limitless if you just let yourself ideate!

I’ve used this at a Hackathon to quickly prototype a Voice app idea and it worked so much better than I was expecting (++ For great UX/UI updates) and it ended up working so well could’ve used the code production 🔥. This tool is a must-try for anyone thinking about stepping into the world of voice!
