@chrismessina it's the music cloud for your music collections. User can store music without any compressions (FLAC stays FLAC) and sync-listen to music between all Apple devices.
The itunes subscription doesnt sync well with their site. So I end up losing 5+ days of my monthly subscription.
I have complained but they havent done anything about it.
Bad customer service like this is why companies ultimately fail and if they dont get their act together, I hope they get crushed by any worthy competitor
Pros:Awesome way of listening to FLAC music

Support is slow/useless.
