My sales team has 5 people, is it possible to have a virtual agent for each one, with specific skills?

@washington_costa Yes, our platform allows you to assign skills to specific lines, or departments. that way you do not have to configure the same skill (for instance a knowledgebase, or a call forwarder) every time. but Inside a agent you can also create a skill that is specific for that person.
