While we know there's still a long journey ahead, we're also exploring other finance automations. Finance ops is full of manual tasks, we're excited to streamline more processes in the future.

Congrats on the launch team! As a founder, I know the last thing I want to be doing is chasing invoices at the end of the month. Going through the onboarding a couple of things come to mind. - Step 1 in the onboarding is not really a step, it's information that I already got from the landing page and why I decided to sign up. It's also a very information-loaded step. Step 2 is the actual first step it seems and there's a clear action for me, connect my sources which could be used as the space to explain again what we're doing rather than have an overview step. Just thinking about making onboarding as smooth as possible, it felt a bit long and information heavy. - On step 2, when I search for an invoice supplier that is not there and I click on "suggest integration" I need to re-write what I had originally searched for which prompted me to click on the button in the first place. Would be nice to have it pre-filled with what I originally searched. - When connecting Google Drive as a destination, it wasn't clear to me from the description that you guys would create the folder. I went ahead and created a folder prior to share with you guys but it ended up not being needed. Also, the naming of the folder was straight up the name of my domain "querio" which will probably make it a bit hard to find later. Something like querio-vuala-invoices sounds like an easy search fetch for later. - I haven't gotten to test it but I really like the email forwarding inbox I can send my invoices to. From previous experience working in a similar problem at a fintech, I know a lot of users used to request automatic forwarding. They basically had a single invoice address such as "invoices@mycompany.com" and they wanted to forward all emails to our address. In order to set that up, Gmail and Outlook would send a code in return to the forwarding address which you had to input in the Gmail or Outlook app. Is this something you guys support? That's all from onboarding, I'll play with the app more in the coming days/weeks and share any feedback I have. Anyways, from personal experience as a founder and from professional experience as a PM working on this, I know this is a pain point many people in finance ops have every single month. Good job with the product so far and with the launch. Vamos Vuala!

Regarding the onboarding process, we'll definitely take a closer look at Step 1, making it more concise and focused. This is actually an improvement we were already thinking about. Thanks for the suggestion about pre-filling the search term in the suggest integration step. That would help users. Actually that 'request integration' functionality is being used quite a lot. We'll work on improving this for a smoother experience. You are right about the clarity of Google Drive integration and folder naming. Will think about that..!! As for the email forwarding inbox, we currently don't support the specific process you mentioned, but we'll consider such features for future updates for sure. @daria_sokolovskaya Yeah it is for a lot of companies, as they often have to undergo this process manually. Some of them deal with over 100 invoices or receipts that need to be downloaded manually every month.
