Vyte Bot lets you schedule meetings in your workplace within Slack.

Just mention (or tag) the bot and use natural language to tell him all the necessary information. The bot will figure out times that work for the attendees and opens them up for a voting process.

After voting the final date will be confirmed and everyone gets their confirmation.

Hey Product Hunt community! Today, we are happy to finally launch something we have been working on for a while now - our new Vyte Meeting Scheduling Bot for Slack. Many teams use Slack. Every team has meetings (whether they want it or not). So our intention was to make as easy as possible to schedule your meetings in the workspace within Slack. Just mention the bot (or talk to it directly) and use plain english to tell it what you want to do, when, and with whom. You can even specify how long you want a meeting to last. Then it searches for suitable times and lets the participants vote on it. This way, you have a mixture of smart AI and manual input. Our thinking behind that is that we believe that the users should keep some form of control over their schedules. The final result is a confirmed event in the members’ calendars! Now, all you have to do is make the meeting successful - unfortunately, the bot can’t help with that (yet!). Our team will be available all day to answer your questions. Looks great guys! The wasted time on back-and-forth email scheduling that you guys solved has been replaced in most startups by the same old problem on Slack, so great that you're moving in this direction :)
