@ourielohayon Yes definitely. The invite will be sent with the timezone of your iPhone. If your invitees are on a different timezone, they will see something along "9am (6pm in Paris)". On the web version you can actually set the timezone as you create the invite
I've been a user of Vyte since almost day 1. Their scheduling button in my email signature has helped me secure so many clients and constantly surprises me with its conversion rate
Really nice interface!! Any plans to add Natural Language Parsing (like Fantastical)? That's one feature I really have a hard time giving up when looking at other calendar alternatives.
@bentossell Hi Ben, thanks for the feedback. Our claim is to be the best calendar app... for scheduling :-)
Just a few examples:
When you create a meeting you can add several dates and places and your invitees get to vote on them (they don't need the app for that).
When you suggest those times, if your invitees are Vyte users, their availability are overlapped with your calendar.
You get notifications when your invitees vote, suggest another date or send a message, etc.
If you never schedule meetings, we might not be the best calendar for you, but if you definitely give us a shot.
Hello ProductHunters!
If what you miss the most about Sunrise is the Meet feature, then we got you covered.
Vyte for iOS is a calendar app built with Scheduling in mind.
Schedule 1-on-1s, group meetings or accept appointment, right from your calendar.
Looking forward to your feedback :-)
@saintmac Been playing with it. It's the best I've seen so far.
One thing I noticed though is that when I invite one other person, you're still asking that person to vote. But really, they should just pick the time & location they want and lock in their choice.
Beautiful app. I was on the verge of trying out Amy from x.ai but I think I'll give this some time first. Not the same but this certainly had merits. love the multiple locales option.
Great job guys π
Really simple to add meetings on the web & on the app π
Profile page is great too π
The only bug I encountered so far: the invitation went to my spam box on my @hotmail.com email adress , don't let Outlook black list your emails π
@matthieudeluze@hotmail Thanks Matthieu! Actually that's more of a hotmail bug. Their spam filter is so sophisticated that it blocks everyone but your existing contacts. We had to make a tradeoff between getting delivered into business mailboxes and hotmail. We chose the business use case :-)
@saintmac Thanks for answering πΈ
I know their filter are tough that's why I pointed out.
But to be clear, this is not a pain point here but this could maybe be an improvement in future updates πΊ
Hey there, looks great :) Would love to see an Android as well as an iPad version soon! By the way, installed the app on my iPad to try it out, but it seems to not sync all my calendars right (even though they're all selected in the settings tab).
Will follow to see Vyte evolve :) Good luck!
@iluzienl Thanks! We started with the iPhone because we are iPhone users but Android is definitely next!
Feel free to talk to us directly over intercom on our website so we can help you sort out the calendar sync issue.
While the idea appeals, the process sounds more cumbersome given the voting. If guests are available, we simply schedule the appointment. Anticipating voting then scheduling accordingly seems to delay the point. Perhaps Iβm missing something?
