Waitlyst helps product-led companies collect product feedback, engage customers, and make data-driven decisions designed to help make their business successful.
Aaron's work is sharp. For me, the killer use case here is getting your team to actually see the customer. It takes a lot of effort and discipline to sync up customer conversations with your product management (bug fixing, feature prioritization, etc). This enforces those best practices. It's pretty awesome that a small startup could have the "unified customer view" that enterprise pays millions for.
Love the vision of centralising quantitative (metrics) and qualitative (user feedback) data in a single platform to make sense of all this information and build true "market dominating" products, as Aaron states so powerfully on Waitlyst's landing page.
What I love the most about Waitlyst is the beautiful feedback widget that can quickly be added to your product to start collecting qualitative data. I'm looking to add more analytics next.
Question for Aaron: how do you use Waitlyst yourself to learn about what your users want?
Love the ease of use of the product and beautiful, clean interface. Already using it for collecting using feedback. Definitely going to use it to collect more quantitative data too!
Congrats on the launch Aaron. I really like the idea of combining feedback collection and product updates with product analytics. Could this work connected with things like Amplitude or June?
This product really helps make it easy to collect feedback, look through the customer journey and look at the analytics all in one interface. What would’ve taken 2-4 tools I can now do in one!
Great work @aaron_kazah
This is quite interesting. I like the approach of having both product analytics and revenue analytics within the same plane, it can help surface correlations and usage patterns that drive adoption and ultimately revenue. I don't think I've seen a lot of products offer this set of features.
How does your product compare to something like https://june.so/ ?
In any case, pretty dope! I like it, congrats on the launch!
This is very interesting, I love the fact that you have everything in one place, which makes it so much easier for the product team (and not only) to monitor customer feedback and keep engagement levels high with your users. Congratulations on the launch!
