Quickwake, from Wakelet — Turn many links into one
Featured
15

Quickwake, from Wakelet is the quickest, nicest way I've found of bundling up links and sharing them in one go. Others have tried it (remember Bitly Bundles?) but this is nicely done and also a good, lightweight introduction to their full product.

Need an easier way to collect links.

[Update: I was wrong. There is a very easy way to collect links. Chrome extension! ☺]

Pros:

Wanted something like this for a long time!

Cons:

Some links could not be fetched

Ifeoma Illoh
As a content marketer, I love it. But it looks like some tools are already in the market fielding this need. You know the products I'm talking about. What's the difference with this? Secondly, sometimes that first click may be the only click. Using the old way, apparently that first link sends them to my site where I have pixels for retargeting and follow up but with your solution if they use that first click to get to the collection I'm leading them to but they never click any other link, how can I know they got there? Is it able to track clicks and views like some tools that allow us track document views and clicks? Also down the road, is it possible to pixel visitors who reach your collection but don't follow through with your links. I don't know if I've explained this clearly as I hope but would love your thoughts. Thanks.

@illohifeoma Hi Illoh, how's it going? Quickwake is a quick, easy way to group links and make them look great, powered by our core platform. That's why Wakelet really becomes powerful once you sign up. You'll be able to customise your profile, invite people to collaborate, follow other people and save as many collections as you want. No-one offers a set of features as powerful and easy as we do, and all the features we have today will be free, forever. Regarding tracking, currently the main Wakelet site will show you a view counter for your wake, which tracks who opens the wake but who not clicks on a link within it. Down the road we'll be bringing in features for deeper analytics, such as clicks on links as you described. I hope that answers your questions - If I can help any further reply here, or if you'd like to discuss options for your specific needs you can email me at mike@wakelet.com.

Nice feature, especially since you don't need to sign in to use it. Really quick and easy to use. Would be good to know how long the quickwake lasts for.

Pros:

Fast, simple and clean design

Cons:

Could make items more compact, too much spacing

Nice idea, but in my opinion, this tool will not be used often.

I think with proper updates, this site can be a very useful thing. The inability to make multiple links into one is an everyday annoyance for me.

Hi Albert! We're always updating, please see my post below for some of our other features. Let me know if you need anything

Cons:

Really like this service as a way to organize web content. It's like a cross between Pinterest and Pocket. The new feature is a nice addition to make it easier to share an ad hoc group of links to web and social content.

Pros:

Really easy way to share multiple weblinks at once

Cons:

Would like to see these turned into instant Wakes
