What is Waydev?
Waydev helps managers to move from a feeling driven to a data-driven approach. Waydev includes concrete metrics for your daily stand-ups, 1-to-1 meetings, checking the history of the engineers work and benchmarking your stats with the industry.
📊Daily standups:
- Work Log - Check the output for each pull request, commit or merge, daily.
- Daily Update - Check your daily impact, compared with the last week impact.
- Time Card - Check the most frequent hours with commits.

- Project timeline - Check complex stats for the project.

I like this idea very much.
It basically upgrades the interaction between engineers and their managers by providing objective insights from data, so that their conversation is closer to truth.

Even that most of developers will be skeptical regarding methodology of calculating metrics, what this app is trying to achieve is outstanding. Data science is more present than never in our days, so WayDev is on the right path.

@danielbrown62 Yes we have, any engineering leader it is in our target, either is the CTO, CIO, VP of engineering or engineering manager.
@jamespayne Hi Liam, in the trial we offer 4 months back and for our paying customers we offer 18 months back.
@benjaminhite A very good question! up to five repos. We designed the freemium plan for small team who can not afford the investment (yet).
I'm not a big believer in this type of analytics platforms but Waydev looks promising.
@joe_bereta What we're doing is a new way of measuring your engineers and we're working a lot to disrupt the dev analytics market.
@ismaelhawkins Yes we are, we're the only solution in our market who is directly integrated with Azure DevOps. We have two types of connections with Azure DevOps, OAuth and Personal Token Access.
I upvote these because these are reliable codebase to analyse engineers quickly.
