@kyrylosilin hey Kyrylo! This is a good question; first of all, in Waydev, we're agnostic of the platform you're using; you can use GithHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or multiple at once. Our Pull Request Insights takes things a step further by providing a more comprehensive and actionable view of the development process. While GitHub and GitLab provide basic metrics like the number of PRs, time to merge, and review activity, Waydev focuses on analyzing the deeper aspects of PRs, such as collaboration effectiveness, and identifying risky PRs that might introduce issues down the line. Our tool also highlights bottlenecks in the review process and provides context around the data, which helps leaders make more informed decisions.
Also, for our large customers, we're offering custom dashboards (https://docs.waydev.co/docs/cust...) and custom metrics (https://docs.waydev.co/docs/cust... on top of our 75 metrics, you can send data to our API and build your own metrics.

Regarding how we identify risky pull requests (PRs) and bottlenecks, we use a set of key indicators that help us pinpoint potential issues before they escalate. These indicators include, but are not limited to, the following: PRs containing risky commits, having an excessive number of changed files, being merged without proper review, remaining open longer than expected, containing numerous follow-on commits (those made in response to reviewer comments), and involving a large volume of code changes, among others. By monitoring these indicators, we can proactively identify areas of concern and address them before they become significant problems.
