@ashikhameed Hey Ashik, thank you 💐 We have a pretty generous Free plan, which should be more than enough for people or businesses new in the monitoring game. You can monitor up to 50 different URLs, websites, API endpoints or cron jobs (everything you want, you got the point 🙃) freely. For those who need more than that, we have monthly or yearly paid plans, with more comprehensive feature sets. You can check the details for each plan on our pricing page here: https://www.webgazer.io/pricing. Oh also, for big businesses with different requirements, we work a custom plan with specific features and custom support mechanisms.

How does it compare with the competition? What makes it different / better? This is a pretty saturated market no?
Andreas Sohns
I love how easy it is to set up and start monitoring everything from websites to cron jobs. The user friendly interface made it a breeze to get started.

Thanks @andreas_sohns 💐 When users sign up, everything is pretty much ready to go with the first monitor and email alerts in place, and any further setup is super straightforward. We really value user-friendly products, so this feedback means a lot to us. Thanks again!

Oh Gokhan! Every maker knows how hard can be monitoring and guaranteeing service uptime, and you're helping enough on that. Happy to see this level of solution. Really congrats.
Gokhan
@german_merlo1 Thank you Germán 💐
Devluc
Great project and it's generous of you to offer a free tier to get started. Supported. Good luck with the launch
Andriy Semenets
Congrats on the launch! Is it available to self-host? Also, how does it comply with the EU data policies (GDPR)?
Gokhan
@semanser Thanks Andriy 💐 WebGazer doesn't offer self-hosting option, no. There are great alternatives like Uptime Kuma or Tianji for self-hosting. But I think self-hosting the uptime monitoring solution is a bit contradictory. You know, what if the monitoring tool itself is down? It feels safer to outsource and focus on the actual thing your business is offering. And about the data policies, WebGazer doesn't collect any personal information related to your users, doesn't make use of cookies or any similar data persistence stuff. So, no worries :)

Martin Maričák
Sounds useful, to have a free, effortless monitoring tool. Does it allow for monitoring parts of web apps that require user sign in?
Gokhan
@martinmaricak Kind of depends on what kind of authentication mechanism you use Martin. If the authentication can be simulated by HTTP headers, then yes. WebGazer's HTTP monitors has configuration options for outgoing requests. You can see details on docs here: https://www.webgazer.io/docs/htt...

Impressive launch, WebGazer team! How does the real-time alert system handle different types of issues simultaneously?
Ilknur Ultanir Sari
Hi, @memphys_sk 👋 WebGazer's real-time alert system prioritizes service downtime alerts over underperformance for the same service, ensuring you address critical issues first. However, if there are issues with different services, they are treated independently, and you receive separate alerts for each. This way, you can manage multiple issues efficiently. If you have more questions, feel free to reach out 💐
