I've been a Weekend Club member since the beginning of 2021. It's been so good to have a support network of others who are in the same boat as me. Charlie is very responsive to the community's needs. Over the last few months, he has run many experiments to improve the experience. When I started I wasn't sure if I would be able to join every weekend (or would even want to). Then Charlie introduced the weekday sessions and that's been perfect for me. I join in when I can. The Slack is very active (but not noisy) and people are always ready to help. I'm finding the mastermind (a smaller group within the group) also very useful for accountability and going deeper with challenges. I've made many friends with whom I often talk one-on-one. I've been on a break from Twitter (it got too much for me). Weekend Club has been the perfect replacement - a real community without the madness of Twitter.

I recently joined Weekend Club to help keep myself accountable in making progress on a side project. In the couple of weekend sessions I've attended so far, I've made great traction and come away with a real sense of accomplishment. The remote sessions are prompt, structured, and managed well. You start the session with a standup and setting your goals for the day, and then document (via Slack) your progress directly back into the community so others can provide thoughts and encouragement. At the end of the session you share what you achieved, get some feedback, and optionally can demo what you've been working on. I can recommend Weekend Club to help keep you motivated and on-track, and my experience of the community so far is extremely kind and supportive to all the members.

Very good community to indie hackers, when you arrive you feel like you’ve found your people and can have like minded people to share you journey with. A community that you can always come back to with their many options, subscriptions or whenever you want to go. They have a supporting product indie beers which fantastic. Can’t wait to go again 😊. Charlie has been great for the community of indie hackers.

It can be a hard and lonely path being an indie hacker, so having a support network of like minded people is a must have. Luckily, Charlie created Weekend Club which has been truly wonderful to be a part of the past few years. I joined for the accountability, stayed for the friendships. Been part of the community a few months now and it's a total no-brainer - One of the few entrepreneurship communities I've been part of where everyone is talented, where they are some seriously successful founders who are happy to help and just overall a very engaged and supportive bunch of people. That's not as easy to find as people think, and Weekend Club is one of the few places I've found it. If you want support, encouragement, truly useful advice and people to really root for you (and to root for!), this is the place to find it. Massive fan of Weekend Club, the only community I've been active in for years. Whether you're a builder, maker, designer, marketer, dev, indie hacker or any other business building title -- you're missing out if you're not part of it!

I've been a member Weekend Club since mid 2021. I am glad I decided to look into it after hearing it mentioned on the IndieHackers podcast. At first I didn't think it was for me since I am not in London and I don't have weekends free to work. Despite the name however, weekend club actually has events throughout the week and an active slack as well! The remote part is well organized as well in terms of time zones. I like the focusmate style co-working sessions. The "coffee club" has been nice for meeting new members. More than anything, I value the ability to actually get to know others on this journey at a deeper level in this calm space (more so than you can do in other more crowded and more noisy places on the Internet). Lastly, Charlie has been building communities and connecting indie founders for a long time. He is definitely skilled at community building and he is attentive, thoughtful and intentional about improving things at Weekend Club. Congrats on launching @charlierward!

I know Charlie personally and he is a wonderful community builder that cares deeply for members and their success.
