Weje is a new native-agile project management method specifically designed for horizontal teams.
All your workflows are organized on endless boards in the form of task cards, lists and connections.
great tool and an amazing team.
It is my go-to app for brainstorming and sharing data with my team; it is simple to use and can serve as your "second brain" for storing all information.
They keep updating the app.
You will not be disappointed.
I've been using Weje since early 2017 when it was Webjets. This is a fantastic, forward thinking tool that was one of the first canvas-style apps. The dedication, the progress, the iteration, and the entire reinvention of the app from beginning to now is pretty incredible. Team behind it is stellar! They love what they do and it shows in the development and in their support of their user community. I have had the pleasure of interacting with many members of the Weje team throughout the years and I'm very happy to see them gaining some well-deserved attention and time in the limelight.
Great flexible app with many different applications and opportunities. Can't wait to see what they do next! Highly recommended.
Our team has tried almost all the project management solutions over the years in search of the ideal product, we have even tried to modernize existing tools.
But we could not find anything suitable for projects in any field, which would not lead to overorganization of processes and would give the opportunity to really see the whole picture.
And we decided to develop a tool that would have everything we needed and nothing unnecessary.
We immediately decided to abandon the usual mechanisms of project management and rethink everything.
1. We chose only real work processes since it should be more convenient to work than to analyze.
2. We focused on the native perception of information so that everyone could easily understand what was going on just by looking at the picture.
3. The system of project management should not hinder or limit. Input and consumption of information should be as simple as human dialogue.
4. The project system should not use abstract entities, but rely only on entities that everyone understands.
5. We should not try to replace other, already familiar tools.
This is how weje came about.
We named our approach to project management "natine-agile" and started a YouTube channel, where we will tell about its application, talk about the main overorganization problems and show the real cases of teams that were able to increase their productivity using weje.

We just started to fill it with new materials. We'll be posting videos regularly over the next few weeks. The data has already been collected, it's just a matter of content production.
Guys, congrats on the launch! I like the idea of combining "mind maps"like approach and kanban, by the first look it seems very intuitive and in the same time powerful!
@dennis_crane In fact, we were surprised that this approach ended up requiring less self-discipline. We simply write everything down in weje, following only a few agreements within the team, we don’t think about the form of organization, and eventually the project organizes itself.
love the simplicity of it! Having majority of the resources/info on one single page really helps making it simpler and easy to access. Can't wait to try it. Great work makers, Congrats on the launch guys :)
Weje is one of Our team's Most Favorite Tools. We use it for everything from brainstorming to ideas to workflow at SaaS Mantra.
Big cheers to Eugene & his awesome team!!
Our go-to tool for every brainstorming session in our agency or meeting with a client to discuss a road map and develop a strategy. It is easy to use and very intuitive. There is almost no day that goes by without us using it!
This is my go to app for any brainstorming and organization tasks and I love it. The team behind Weje is active and passionate about their work and I see a bright future for them.
Keep up the good work!
There are tools we use frequently and others we call "shelf ware". Weje is definitely NOT shelf ware. We use Weje as a robust planning tool for our competitive research, project design and compiling. It's an awesome tool that actually gets used and abused. We love it and look forward to using it for a long time.
@tamar we offer LTD only in case of promotions and as gifts to our ambassadors or partners who are involved in the study of project management processes based on weje.
Weje is one of the best software of its kind. I love it because it is so simple yet so powerful at the same time.
I have used it for brain-mapping, project management and project planning. That is not an exhaustive list by any means. Weje's simple structure can be molded to suit so many more uses cases.
The team is responsive and pushes out amazing updates often. Good luck on the launch and all the success that will follow.
Interesting service. We, in a small gamedev team, tried to transfer all development processes to weje. The first experience is very pleasant. Now there really is one universal place for the entire project. There are several ideas that could be added. @egor_okrepilov
Hey PH,
I had a great experience using Weje as an online whiteboard for work and personal use. The platform made it easy to collect, organize, and share any type of information from a variety of sources.
One of the features of Weje was the ability to create sticky notes and versatile cards with the drag-and-drop functionality. This allowed me to quickly organize my thoughts into actionable tasks and design well-organized Kanban boards. The flexible lists and mind map capabilities were also useful for structuring and visualizing data.
The team collaboration tools were a welcome addition, allowing me to see who was working on a board at any given time and assign roles as needed. I was also able to upload various file types and preview them in the workspace, which was convenient. The automated voice transcriptions were a nice touch, making it easy to analyze and incorporate spoken notes into my boards.
Overall, I highly recommend Weje as an unlimited online whiteboard for anyone looking to increase their productivity and streamline their workflow. Whether for personal or business use, this platform has something to offer for everyone.
Best regards, James.
