I’m Matthew, co-founder of Whalesync - a no-code tool that lets you 2-way sync data between Airtable, Webflow, & Notion.
By nature of our product, we’re constantly learning about the new tools startups are using to improve their businesses.
🤔 The Problem:
Whenever I needed to pick a new SaaS tool (eg. CRM, website builder, etc.), I ended up spending hours scouring review sites and sitting through demos.
What I really wanted to know (but couldn’t find) was: *what are the tools other startups like mine have already chosen?*

This sounded promising, but unfortunately - filling up a 24-question survey that eventually results in an offer for a newsletter rather than an actual product was disappointing.
@abir_ershad Hi Abir - sorry to hear about your experience! Just to clarify, at the end of the survey, you will get invited to the actual product (so it's much more than a newsletter sign-up).
It takes a bit of time to get invited as we are verifying all submissions 1 by 1 to ensure all the data we add to the site is of high quality.

I love the idea to write insights, but couldn't you have much more tech stack data easily with similartech or builtwith?
@torsten_p Hello Torsten, thanks for the feedback. All of our data is verified, so we took the approach of quality versus a quantity approach. With that said, we also wanted to do deeper data analysis instead of just what the tech stack is built with. Our position was to try and add a layer deeper analysis based on real verified tech startup data.
We will be adding more data and information as we now have dozens more startups added just this morning, and likely hundreds after the launch. Stay tuned!
