It's pretty simple: download the app and search for whatever service you need (a haircut, massage, manicure, blowout, etc.) at the time and price you want. Whittl down your options from 1000s of businesses. You book your appointment instantly and you can customize your service. Then you're set, simply show up. Payment and tipping are done online, so you never have to take out your wallet or purse. I started at Whittl last January, in an office of 12 people.
