BlockerX helps 18-30 year olds cutdown on compulsive watching of porn. It's a mobile app that keeps the user accountable with a buddy system, provides peer support with a community of over 100,000 members and has a strong blocker that cuts access to porn.

Congrats on the launch! Curious if you're able to – or if you've thought about — connecting people in-app for those who are still too nervous to ask a friend to be their buddy? While I wish topics likes these were not so taboo, perhaps that's could be a stepping stone for some people not ready to make a leap.
@sarah_wright7 that's a great suggestion. We added this feature 2 weeks ago. A user can "find a buddy" through our community. Users seem to be loving this feature!
Tejas, I am happy that you are speaking about the problem in the taboo topics and also working on providing help.
There are a lot of problems hidden in taboo topics, but we simply do not talk about them - pretending they do not exist.

Watching porn compulsively is one of the most embarrassing problems that a young guy could face. Because this is a taboo topic, there's very little support available to get out of this problem. That's the reason we built BlockerX.
BlockerX provides a judgement-free platform for 18-30 year olds to overcome their porn problem. It offers an online community and a buddy system where users add a friend as a partner who keeps them accountable to their goals. It also has an inbuilt blocker to cut access to porn. Our goal is to be a complete system to make this journey easier. Our goal is to build a complete system that can help every step of the way in overcoming this problem.

Always great to see companies take on problems that are difficult to discuss for most people. Discussion of a taboo topic like porn addiction has been addressed really well in the in-app community feature. Hope it will keep improving!
