When things went remote, we had a lot of trouble staying on top of incoming phone calls, we were getting over 50 a day, ranging from customers with support issues, to customers looking for their account managers, to prospective customers trying to speak to sales.
We ended up building something crude that just forwarded the calls to our team... Though, our team was feeling really bogged down because of the number of calls we were fielding every day. We looked at other solutions like Ruby, Nexa, Smith, etc. but they were really expensive for our calling needs, and not very customizable.
