Throughout the description, I didn't quite get to whom you are budling the product for. Is it for support teams or all roles in the company?
@daniel_chepenko this is anyone in the company who can help connect with anyone external to the company. This means if you need to provide support from the website, you can simply use spaces widget to connect some internal team members to external contacts. If you are a consulting company, that has different teams for different customers, each one can have a separate space so team members can be contacted directly and so on. Any use case where you need to contact non-company users with company users.

@rucha_joshi8 All customer queries are separate threads and you can convert any conversation to an actual ticket so that even other team members can be involved. With a single system, the entire team can be looped in when needed.
