Recognition is such a key point for maintaining morale within teams. When I worked at Amazon, we had an internal tool to give accolades to other team members and were broadcast across our org (including to our manager).
It would be cool if someone recognized me if my manager was notified! Align the incentives across the board :)

The quick recognition feature and the cool social feed add a personal touch to acknowledging colleagues. I love the idea of tying recognition to our core values โ it's like giving kudos with a purpose!

I really like this, but there's also a lot of competition for services like this.
I'd suggest you to do some heavy outbound sales - excited for the future of worklife!
