This looks like a solid update. Will give it another go.

Thanks @kaigradert ! Let me know your design feedback 😀

Looks really cool, but not available in my country. Whyyyyyyyy???!
Bob Ryskamp
@ikonoklast We're very careful with data use and different countries require different things. But we're constantly adding more--let us know where you'd like us to support next and we'll bump it up the list! We also have an international TestFlight group you can join by emailing support@woven.com.

I absolutely love Woven. It’s allowed me to streamline my appointment bookings on so many levels and is an absolute pleasure to use. The templates are a huge timesaver, the scheduling links are phenomenal, and the ability to quickly toggle between what is “My Time“ and everything else on my calendar gives me a quick snapshot of my day like no other calendar app does. I don’t often tout apps because there are so many out there as a lot of it boils down to personal choice over anything else. But I can confidently say that choosing Woven as your calendar app of choice would be a step in the right direction.
Bob Ryskamp
@mikevardy Thanks so much! Means a lot coming from you, we appreciate all you're doing to make people productive!

I started using Woven a few months ago and it's quickly become my only calendar app. It's beautiful, works great, team is super responsive and working hard to create the best tool out there. I've tried so many other calendar apps out there, and this is the only one since Sunrise I've loved. And it's scheduling tools mean I can ditch Calendly which is cumbersome and a PITA. Definitely recommend everyone try it.
Bob Ryskamp
@jasonglaspey We're all about the calendar love ❤️Thanks for the kind words!

Hello - Have been using Woven for many many months - it’s indispensable for scheduling meetings between multiple external parties - especially working with my video production company/PR/Events teams who need my availability to schedule real-time meetings. Happy to see the new features.
Bob Ryskamp
@wasim_ahmad1 Glad to hear it! Scheduling across companies is the hardest thing--Woven's scheduling links and availability sharing are aimed to tackle that. Try the new group polls when you need to get a large group together!
Joel Runyon
I've been using Woven since they launched last year and it's become the productivity app I've obsessed over the most since Sunrise. It's completely taken over as my primary calendar app and been responsible for actually getting meetings scheduled this year (rather than having them get stuck in scheduling wars where we just ping-each other and forth with "what time works best for you" emails). Pros: - Scheduling links built into your calendar is a game-changer. No more calendly or other scheduling tools needed. It's really simple and intuitive. - Templating lets you quickly create event types that you create a lot of. My coffee meetings and team calls can be setup and organized in seconds once they're set up. - The iMessage one-click scheduling functionality is killer iPhone. It's so fast. - They just released a new "polling" feature which seems like an awesome way to do group events (I'm still testing this out with friends). Cons: - Woven can definitely be faster, but I believe this is on their roadmap. - Doesn't support Microsoft Exchange yet.
Bob Ryskamp
@joelrunyon Thanks for the feedback! Faster performance for desktop and web (_way_ faster) is coming in a couple weeks, and we'll support Microsoft calendars (starting with Office 365) by the end of the year.
Erik Jacobson
I've evaluated all of the scheduling tools out there and Woven is by far the best. I wish I had it years ago (would've saved me a TON of time and hassle). Thank you Woven team for building this incredible tool!
Bob Ryskamp
@erikbison We can't turn back time, but we can help make the future more efficient! 😄Glad to hear Woven is helping with your scheduling!

My App store stays app is not available. Which countries did you enable?
Burc Arpat
@boria We added several countries since last year and we continue to add more but we have still ways to go. Drop us a line at support@woven.com to let us know which country, to help us prioritize. In that same email, also let us know whether you would be interested in a TestFlight invite to our beta testers group for iOS, which is available for all countries.

Very excited for a Superhuman-like product for calendar, which I use even more than email. I've been using it for about a month, and I would say it's excellent for iPhone users. The snags I've hit are no Android app, no reminders, and slightly clunkly keyboard shortcuts. I am definitely going to be following this product and using it more as it improves.
Bob Ryskamp
@taylor_jacobson thanks for the feedback! We're Superhuman fans as well and the calendar deserves that kind of performance and power. By "reminders" do you mean the kind you can create in Google Calendar (essentially a private event at a specific time)? Google doesn't let us sync those, but we could add Woven-specific reminders pretty easily if that's of interest. What keyboard shortcuts would you change? We're looking at those again right now as we have some new things you can create (scheduling links and group polls).
Taylor Jacobson – Team Focusmate
@bob_ryskamp yes - the "private event at a specific time". For shortcuts, I am thinking of a few instances where a shortcut allowed me to execute part of a flow but then I couldn't complete it without the mouse. E.g. create new event, modify, then to save, use mouse. Etc. Worth auditing your workflows to see which ones are incomplete with shortcuts/keys?
Bob Ryskamp
@taylor_jacobson Got it. We'll look into the Woven-specific reminders and see what we can do there. You _could_ hack it in the meantime by creating a separate "Reminders" calendar in Google that's *not* My Time in Woven (if you don't want it to count as "busy"), and then create a "Reminder" template that's e.g. 15 minutes in length on that calendar. Then you could click anywhere on the calendar, choose the Reminder template from the dropdown, and get the desired behavior. But a real solution shouldn't be too hard so we'll look into it! Good idea about the shortcut audits--we're likely just a couple pieces away from full keyboard control for those things, gotta close the gaps!

I live Woven so I am truly excited to take 2.0 for a spin. Thanks guys.

Ninja like efficiency without a bunch of vulgar notification. love it.

@gardez1 "Ninja like"...I like that! 🥋
Samuel W. Lessin
Big fan of Woven -- has helped me manage my cal better :)
Burc Arpat
@lessin Thanks! We always look forward to and enjoy hearing your feedback!
Jonathan Barshop
This literally has everything I'm looking for in a scheduling app - it's drastically cut down the amount of time I used to spend coordinating between multiple calendars and these new features are the perfect cherry on top. Well done 👏👏👏
Bob Ryskamp
@jrbarshop Glad to hear it! Let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to see next!
Zach Ager
I just downloaded Woven last week and am still getting it set up, so I'm excited to see how it goes.
Bob Ryskamp
@zach_ager Let us know if you have any questions! We do free personal onboarding settings if you'd like any help getting Woven optimized. You can choose a time here: http://woven.com/c/woventeam/onb...
James Stuber
I've been using woven almost exclusively for a few months now, it's my default recommendation for anyone looking for a new calendar app. Pros: - On-boarding process is great - 'My Time' function is a really nice way to disconnect from work - Scheduling links are super easy to use and send; I've stopped using calend.ly Cons: - I wish it was faster
Bob Ryskamp
@uberstuber Appreciate the feedback. Speed is indeed our top focus right now--both the iOS and the web/desktop apps are getting a major performance boost in the next couple weeks! And we're continuing to refine the event creation, viewing, and editing flows to require fewer clicks and shave even more time off your calendar tasks.
Austin Distel
Love the polling feature for scheduling with a lot of friends! Like a way better version of doodle
Bob Ryskamp
Thanks @austindistel! We designed them to be professional and super fast to use, so hopefully they help you get those hard-to-schedule groups together more!
Bob Ryskamp
Hi Hunters! Last November we first launched Woven Calendar here on Product Hunt. Since then we've learned a lot from all of your feedback and have made big improvements to Woven. We’re excited to share Woven Calendar 2.0 with you today. We believe Woven is the fastest way to schedule and the best way to manage your time, helping you spend more time on what matters most. Some of the cool stuff in Woven 2.0: 🔗 Built-in Scheduling Links so other people can easily schedule time with you 📊 Group Polls to find the best time for a large group to meet 🖥️ Desktop apps for Mac and Windows 🔄 Sync directly with multiple Google accounts (Office 365 coming soon!) 🤝 Availability sharing to easily find time *even across organizations* 📱 iOS integrations with Siri and iMessage 🕶️ Dark mode on desktop ⌨️ Keyboard shortcuts for almost everything in the app We also heard your feedback on things you wanted us to change from 1.0: - Woven longer requires access to your email (we’ll add back the most popular email features as options later) - We expanded access to the iOS app to more countries, and more are on the way. We’re excited to keep building, and helping more individuals and teams make the most of their time. What would you like your calendar to do for you?
Louis de Vaumas
@bob_ryskamp Hi ! It looks like Woven could be the calendar app I’ve been searching! Do you know when it will be available in France?
Bob Ryskamp
@louisdv We're working through some local issues but France is at the top of our country list right now!
Tom Bielecki
@louisdv @bob_ryskamp what's the price?
Johnny Ganer
Hi.. Just downloaded Woven after reading all the positive comments, seems like there finally is a scheduling app, that's worth using. I have one issue though, isn't there any way to change to 24h format, and DD.MM.YY instead of U.S. time and date formats?
Julie McHenry
The Scheduling Links have transformed the way I schedule; it's easier for me and way easier for those I'm scheduling with. Saves everyone time and countless emails.
Bob Ryskamp
@julie_mchenry thanks for the note! No more endless email chains! 🙌
Anna Addoms
Woven has been instrumental in streamlining my workflows and scheduling process. Scheduling links and availability sharing have decreased my weekly scheduling time by more than half. I'm never double booked and clients schedule meetings in less than an hour on average. And it works wherever I'm talking to people, the iMessage integration is a game changer. Group Polls also make it so easy to coordinate with a large group of people without any email back and forth.
Bob Ryskamp
@anna_addoms Thanks Anna! 🙌We'll keep trying to save you more time!
